This is the best. Essential for desserts like panna cotta where you don’t want to taste gelatine.

I have purchased the item for a normal price of $12, and have paid $14 for 2 day shipping, but nothing was shipped for 2 days, and then it was shipped with a stamp using a 50 cent stamp. So much for spending $14 to expedite. 3 emails to customer service were never answered. Product is fine, but customer service is zero, and shipping is a rip off
