Q. When will my order be processed?
A. Most orders are processed by the next business day.

Q. Can I call in an order and pay over the phone?
A. You can call us during our business hours to place and pay for an order over the phone.

Q. If I don't see an item, can I still order it?
A. Most of the items we have in our store are on our website but we are constantly adding to our website as well as to our store inventory. If you do not see an item, please feel free to ask about it, as we may have it available for you immediately.

Q. Can I order from the website and pick up my order at the store?
A. Yes, during the checkout process you can select store pickup. When picking up your order at the store during our business hours, please have a print out of your order confirmation email and a photo id to verify receipt of your order.

Q.What happens if I am dissatisfied with my order?
A. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of that item provided that all items are first returned in their original packaging at your expense. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping cost (or applicable portion of the shipping cost).
