Most of the items we have in our store are on our website but we are constantly adding to our website as well as to our store inventory. If you do not see an item, please feel free to ask about it, as we may have it available for you immediately.
Yes, during the checkout process you can select store pickup. When picking up your order at the store during our business hours, please have a print out of your order confirmation email and a photo id to verify receipt of your order.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of that item provided that all items are first returned in their original packaging at your expense. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping cost (or applicable portion of the shipping cost).
USPS First-Class Package Service offers the best rates for lightweight shipments. In most cases, delivery will be within three days to domestic destinations. Many international shipments even include tracking to the destination. Please note that this service is NOT INSURED and we are not responsible if product is damaged or lost.
