Very excited to see you carry the olive oil from Castello di Poppiano which was part of a dream vacation to Italy. It is pure heaven on earth . The olive oil arrived 1 day after ordering and it was very near Christimas. Now that is service!!

We were lucky enough to tour Castello di Poppiano, and taste this amazing olive oil when we visited Italy a few years ago. We brought a few bottles home as souvenirs, but they've long since run out. I was excited to order this online, and it's just as good as we remember. This is an olive oil you save for dipping bread, or dressing pasta dishes and salads - definitely not to waste as a cooking base.
