Classic Italian memory

Bought 2 of them again to make an old dish with my mom that we ate overseas in my home town. Its nice to find it somewhere close that doesnt take long to get to my home in buffalo

Trucco Chestnuts

The chestnuts were a good size and appeared to be fresh, but about 2 in every 15 were moldy. I will make another order to see if they are as moldy.

This was marvelous Scamorza Cheese we bought for our homemade pizzas. Flavor is wonderfully similar to mozzarella but not as moist. Cheese melts nicely on pizza without the added moisture , like mozzarella .

Te scamozza was soft and squashed the freezer bag was leaking and hot tasted so so vinegar good
