Piccolo’s Gastronomia Italiana

At Piccolo’s Gastronomia Italiana, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you need to request a return, please review the guidelines below carefully.


General Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition received

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Didiesse Frog ESE Espresso Pod Machine – Special Return Policy

Due to the nature of espresso equipment, the Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine is subject to stricter return guidelines.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the machine is:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Free from coffee residue, water stains, mineral buildup, odors, or signs of operation

  • Free from tampering, modification, or alteration

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • Includes all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and documentation

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage during transit

Any machine showing signs of use, wear, residue, modification, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

Approved returns for the Didiesse Frog are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund if a return label is provided.

All machines are thoroughly inspected upon return prior to refund approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Select health and personal care items

  • Espresso machine parts

Espresso machines (other than the Didiesse Frog policy outlined above) must also be unused and returned with all parts and documentation.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon approval of the return.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
