Excellent flavor / texture, though overly processed.

My wife is celiac and finding Gluten Free gnocchi is not easy unless you make from scratch (not difficult but sometimes you want in a pinch and gluten free flours are expensive). This tastes just like other good glutinous gnocchi and has just the right bite and texture. My only complaint is the many commercial starches and stabilizers. a bit too lab-processed for me. I would buy more often if it wasn’t and wouldn’t think of it as a gnocchi replacement in a pinch but as a routine home grocery. It’s a reliable product though and I usually love Divella brand.
