Excellent fresh pasta

I typically don't buy freshly made pasta if its in a sealed package. However I was pleasantly surprised with this fresh pasta. Very tasty and with a firm bite. The last two minutes of cooking them, I put them into a simple 10-minute tomato sauce with garlic, pepperoncino, good oregano and some crushed La Fede san marzano tomatoes. Some freshly grated red cow parm over the top (ok... an a little ricotta too), and I'm good to go. Less than 20 min, I had a fantastic meal. Highly recommended.
