Blood Orange Marmalade

We are hooked on Agrisicilia blood orange marmalade. Hard to find, even on-line. But glad there is a trickle of this product into the U.S. Nothing else like it, the bitterness is tart, not tannic. Orange flavor really comes through. And, it is not too sweet, unlike most syrupy marmalades.

They could improve on the time to prepare the order, the website says 7-10 days, and they took just as long to fill my order. These days we are used to much faster order fulfillment.
