Balocco il Mandorlato Panettone with Almonds and Sugar
Prepared with high quality fresh Italian milk, eggs from hens raised on the ground, rich in raisins and candied fruit, covered with hand-made hazelnut glaze, with whole almonds and frosted sugar.
Balocco Mandorlato is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients. Made following a traditional Balocco recipe, it is the first panettone to be made with almonds and sugar.

Ingredients: Wheat flour - raisins 13,2% - butter - candied orange and citron peels 8,8% (orange peels 43% - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - candied citron peels 11% - acidity regulator: citric acid) - fresh egg* yolk 7,4% - sugar - natural yeast 6,6% (wheat flour - water) - hazelnuts glaze 6,4% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7,1% corresponding to 0,5% of the total ingredients - peanut oil - powdered egg* white 2,5% corresponding to 0,2% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - fresh pasteurized milk 3,6% - almonds 2,2% - inverted sugar syrup - frosted sugar 1,7% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acid - salt - natural flavourings.
