The Bronte Dolci coffee panettone is a naturally leavened artisan product. The dough with its remarkable alveolation is enriched with a delicate coffee cream with an unmistakable aroma, also produced by Bronte Dolci. The ingredients chosen are the result of attention, dedication, and research: fine coffees with a full-bodied flavor and an aftertaste of cocoa. Produced in compliance with the Sicilian artisan tradition, with mother yeast and slow 72-hour processing.
The Panettone al Caffè Brontedolci stands out for the unmistakable aroma of our selected coffees and the persistent and full-bodied flavor. With the persuasive filling cream, you get a variant of panettone much appreciated by the public, also for the particular softness achieved by a natural sourdough leavening.
Ingredients:
Soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, egg yolk, sugar, yeast, couverture chocolate with 15% coffee (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, coffee 5.5%, MILK fat , soluble coffee <1%, emulsifier: SOY lecithin , natural vanilla flavoring) honey, coffee beans (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, coffee beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, coating agents [gum arabic, shellac], flavor, syrup glucose, vanilla extract), invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids Acidifier: acetic acid, coffee 0.5%, vanilla flavor.
It does not contain raisins and candied citrus peel. It may contain traces of other nuts.
