De Cecco Pesto Genoa style means experiencing the scents of Liguria's Western Riviera.

Suggested amount:
one jar of De Cecco's Pesto alla Genovese is used for 14 oz of pasta.

Cooking instructions:
to fully appreciate De Cecco's Pesto Genovese flavor we recommend using only half of the amount of salt used for the cooking water. Use the cooking water to dilute it (about one tablespoon per person)..

Once Open keep refrigerated and use within three days.

I received my Pesto from Piccolo's quickly, and wrapped impeccably so that none of the glass jars enclosed could possibly suffer any damage.
Which - given how hard it is to find this item outside of Piccolo's - was greatly appreciated!
