For this Panettone Speziato Filippi, we used apple and cinnamon, two ingredients that are often used together in pastry. This combination immediately recalls the flavor of homemade desserts.

The dough in which Pasticceria Filippi has diped sweet pieces of Trentino apples (called the Pink Lady) is composed of flour, eggs, butter, natural yeast, selected raisins, cinnamon and untreated Bourbon vanilla berries. The Special Panettone Apple and Cinnamon Filippi marries the sweet-sour taste of apples with the enveloping taste of cinnamon.

The Apple and Cinnamon Special is wrapped in a precious and elegant wrapping (always obtained from eco-sustainable and recycled materials, such as ribbons made from the processing of recycled bottles), the ideal dress to celebrate Christmas!
