Soft pastry, obtained by natural fermentation from sour dough. The paste is particularly soft due to the use of fresh milk, butter and cream, has a good alveolation, is enriched with single- origin chocolate drops, natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar * and a refined blend of spices. The surface is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.
