Our Panettone Glassato con Mandorle contains a soft dough made with sourdough, and is covered on the outside with a glaze made with egg white, sugar, almond flour and hazelnuts. The mixture is dosed on the product before going into the oven, together with a decoration of almonds and granulated sugar. During cooking, a crunchy crust is created with a strong almond note. The Panettone Glassato con Mandorle in the 1 kg format is hand-wrapped in a splendid Christmas packaging.
