If you like hazelnuts and chocolate, you should get this and eat it immediately! The ingredients tell you the whole story here. Not only does it have a higher percentage of hazelnuts than many more expensive brands, but this crema also is not cut with a cheap filler oil like palm. The fat added for texture is actual cocoa butter! So this spread is essentially nothing but blended hazelnuts and chocolate. It's delicious, and the hazelnut really comes through the chocolate flavor. I don't even put it on anything--I just eat a spoonful like a gianduja truffle. The texture is very thick (much thicker than nutella, for example) and very slightly gritty. Hazelnuts typically have this slightly gritty grind, in my experience with various hazelnut butters. It is not an unpleasant texture, but if you needed this to be absolutely perfectly smooth for some cooking or baking reason, it isn't.
So, a need for a perfectly smooth spread or a fatal nut allergy would be the only real arguments against CremaNovi. You might find a better crema artisan-made somewhere, but you will definitely not find a better crema for under 10 bucks. It's a steal.
