    Once you figure out how do use this and get it put together correctly it absolutely produces a very clean tomato sauce. However there are no instructions included in the package that C clamp provided does not fit American sized counters and it’s quite difficult to manipulate and clean. Not sure if there’s a better one out there but I certainly feel authentic when I use it
