Wheat flour , sugar, "Beurre Charentes-Poitou" butter 13%, fresh egg yolk from free-range hens 8.6%, orange paste 8.5% (ground orange peel, glucose syrup- fructose, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), natural yeast [mother yeast (wheat flour, water), yeast], emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; whey milk powder, natural flavors, salt.
