Paoletti Chinotto, Soft Drink, Made in Italy

The chinotto is a soft drink produced with extract of the fruit of Citrus myrtifolia (commonly called chinotto). Dark drink in appearance similar to a cola, the chinotto has a more bitter taste but a particularly fresh aftertaste.

Together with Spuma and Gassosa, it was one of the first and most qualified products of the Paoletti Company. The old label showed a very retro image of the fruit (at that time little known) to confirm its very particular citrus flavor mixed with caramel. Winner in 2018 of the “Golosario” prize at the Agrifood of Verona as Italian gastronomic excellence. The final bitter taste makes it suitable for the most varied combinations even for the most demanding palates capable of identifying its characteristic final flavor
