Baby Frog is the smaller version of the historic pod coffee machine that has represented the company for over 20 years. With its "retro" charm but an even more captivating design, the Baby Frog is practical, functional, reliable and above all easy to carry and boasts the lowest energy consumption.

To avoid the formation of limescale (cause of pump breakage, pipe obstruction, etc.) it is advisable to perform a descaling treatment every 3 – 4 months.  It is recommended to use Bomba Plus Descaler Didiesse Frog, 250ml

14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Free from coffee residue, water stains, or signs of operation
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping

Any machine showing signs of use, wear, modification, tampering, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount if we provide the return label.

Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned machines will be inspected upon arrival.

If the machine meets all eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

The 30-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.
