Semolina with calibrated grain size and increased elasticity, ideal for fresh pasta and durum wheat bread

Obtained from strong wheat molitura, semola is grounded again and againg to encourage the using of doughs. With Its amber yellow colour, the balanced granulometria and the gluten elasticity, make the semola ideal for sprinkling and having the food gold and fragrant.

The hype is real

This was my first time using Semolina flour after making fresh pasta with egg based dough around 30 or so times. I'd always heard that Semolina dough tastes different but always suspected that this was coming from snarky pasta perfectionists. Upon using this product I immediately recognized the difference in dough texture and trust me, you don't need to convince yourself that there's a difference in flavor/texture of the noodle. This is what I'd always imagined fresh pasta would taste like. I highly recommend this product! I made Lorighittas pasta with this dough and it was an absolute treat.

A must have for homemade pasta.

Just made a batch of of Fettucini. Huge difference compared to regular semolina. Dough was much easier to work, with a real smooth texture. Giving a bag for my daughter to try out. Will be coming back for more.
