I placed an order for 6 cracker packages to arrive. They arrived completely smashed to pieces. At the time I ordered, there was no disclaimer stating that if the crackers arrived broken, they would not be refunded or replaced. However, since I wrote two times without a response, the disclaimer has been posted. I'm still waiting to hear a response. I basically spent $47 for nothing. Thanks so much.
