Riscossa Creste Di Gallo, #49, 16 oz

This pasta holds up to my recipe. Love the shape, this pasta would hold up to baking so well. It's the "Rambo" to the pasta community. Love it!

I have not used the noodles yet, but I have to say that I’m very excited. I got them for Christmas and Thanksgiving and I think the shape is going to bring some ooohs &
ahhs From the family.

Arrived in perfect shape. Unfortunately it's been too hot to boil water. Looking forward to using when cooler weather shows up.

Ordered the Creste de Gallo among other pastas and was a bit concerned about shipping to the West coast, but everything was so well packed all of the pasta arrived unbroken. I also appreciate they state upfront about possible delays, so I wasn't left to wonder where my shipment was.
