Star Porcini Mushroom Stock Cubes, Dado Funghi Porcini

My Porcini Mushroom Nut makes mushroom recipes better. Enriching with the intense flavor of porcini mushrooms and harmoniously linking the different flavors, Il Mio Dado Porcini Mushrooms is ideal for the preparation of risotto, escalope and roast.

For the broth 1 tablet in 500 ml of boiling water. As a flavoring: 1 whole or chopped tablet in a pot or pan. There is no need to add salt to the dishes as it is already contained in the product.

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. No need to refrigerate. The product does not contain dyes or preservatives.

  • FORMAT: Boxes of 10 cubes (100g).

Ingredients: 

Iodized salt (49%) (salt, potassium iodate 0.005%) - Monosodium glutamate flavor enhancer - Palm vegetable fat - Broth extract - Flavors - Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 1.1% - Dehydrated tomato .

May contain traces of: milk, soy, celery, fish and eggs .

Excellent

These are the best. Unfortunately they don’t come to Canada so I have to order from the USA unless I visit Italy. They are truly outstanding but the exchange , shipping charges and duty make them a luxury.

Of course the service was great and it's such fun shopping at Piccolo's on line. These Porcini Mushrooms are wonderful. My sister used to bring them back from Italian when she went and i am delighted to find them in the USA.

Excellent, the best !!! Concentrated mushroom flavor for any soup, sauce, gravy. I use these whenever I want to increase the mushroom essence in any dish. So glad I found this product site online because I have been unable to find it again, locally.
