Love this tea

I used to live in Sicily and Sogni D'Oro was my go to tea at night time. It would knock me out like light and I would have the most refreshing sleep. I've never had anything else that's come close to it. I've started making tumeric milk but it's a very very poor cousin. It tries and I don't care how many thousands of years it's been used in Ayervedic medicine, it's no Sogni D'Oro. Chamomile flowers rock!

This is an exceptionally good chamomile tea..smooth, fragrant but not toooo much so, and is most helpful for “fragile” sleepers, helping to avoid less “intrusive” sleep aids

Love this tea
