Thank you for choosing the Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the machine within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Returns will only be accepted for machines purchased directly from Piccolo's Gastronomia Italiana. Proof of purchase may be required.

The 30-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.

I got this a week ago. When it works, it makes an intense smell like burning rubber. I wonder if the smell disappears.

My new baby frog

Good looking machine, makes a great espresso with little effort on my part. Everything I thought it was going to be. They should work on making one with a steam wand for cappuccino. The only complaint is its price . Way overpriced it’s double the price that you would pay for the same machine in Italy.

Worth every penny!

Getting a good, reliable espresso anywhere in America (particularly from home coffee makers) seems nearly impossible. The Baby Frog has totally changed that. Great, consistent coffee. Like the small footprint it occupies on our shelf. Love the color (blue). Can't say enough good things about it.

Hard to find a ESE machine in the US, and they are not cheap. The ILLY machine did not appeal to me. Had to watch several european reviews to help me decide and I chose this one from a narrow field of options. As far as I know, Piccolo's is the sole source in the US at this time. After using for two weeks, I'm very happy. Kimbo and Lavazza ESE pods work flawlessly. Some other samples ran a little slow. Comes with US electrical connector and easy to follow instructions. I would buy again, and wish I had bought sooner.
