Polli's PESTO ALLA CALABRESE stems from a long-standing, passionate, and traditional Italian cuisine. Succulent Italian peppers, picked, washed, and immediately seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper, and fresh ricotta based on the best of Calabrian tradition!

Ideal for seasoning a plate of Gragnano fusilli or potato gnocchi, calabrian pesto is so soft and creamy that it goes well either with pasta or as a quirky dip to add some extra flavour to your dishes. For instance, we love using it with potato croquettes: a variation on a classic, super tasty, a great way to revive our Italian specialities.
