We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before ordering.
14-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine must be:
- In new, unused condition
- Free from coffee residue, water stains, or signs of operation
- Returned with all original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping
Any machine showing signs of use, wear, modification, tampering, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount if we provide the return label.
Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned machines will be inspected upon arrival.
If the machine meets all eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
The 30-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.
Defective Machine Claims
Machines claimed to be defective will be inspected and tested by Piccolo’s Gastronomia Italiana.
If a mechanical or manufacturing defect is confirmed, the restocking fee and return shipping charges will be waived or refunded.
If the machine is tested and found to be operating properly, the standard 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply.
Coffee & Extraction Results
Taste, strength, crema, flow rate, and extraction can vary depending on the brand, blend, freshness, and quality of ESE pods used. Dissatisfaction with these characteristics alone does not constitute a machine defect.
Piccolo’s may test the machine using ESE pods selected by us to determine whether the machine is functioning properly.
