Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
Didiesse Frog Espresso Machine – 1-Year Extension
By purchasing this 1-Year Extended Warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Coverage Period
This extended warranty provides coverage for one (1) additional year and begins only after the original manufacturer’s warranty has expired. It does not replace or overlap the manufacturer’s original warranty.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer-related mechanical defects only, including:

Defects in materials or workmanship
-
Mechanical failures under normal household use
-
Parts and labor required to repair approved manufacturer defects
All repairs or replacements are performed at our discretion.
3. What Is NOT Covered
This extended warranty does not cover:

Shipping or transportation costs to or from the repair facility
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
-
Damage caused by improper cleaning, descaling, or maintenance
-
Water damage, scale buildup, or use of non-recommended water
-
Accidental damage, drops, or impact
-
Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or aging
-
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Commercial or non-residential use
4. Shipping Responsibility
Shipping costs for sending the machine to and from our repair facility are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Machines must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damage caused by improper packaging is not covered.
5. Repair or Replacement
If a covered defect is confirmed:

We will repair the machine or, if repair is not feasible, provide a replacement of equal or similar value

Replacement machines may be new or refurbished
-
Replaced units do not extend or restart the warranty period
6. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

Proof of purchase is required
-
The warranty must be active at the time the issue occurs

The machine must be sent to our designated service center for inspection
Coverage is subject to inspection and approval by our technicians.
7. Transferability
This extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
8. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the covered product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience.
9. Geographic Limitation
This warranty is valid only within the country of purchase.
