This extended warranty provides continued coverage for manufacturer-related mechanical issues only and begins after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires, helping ensure your machine continues to perform at its best.

⚠️ This extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as the espresso machine.
It cannot be added after checkout or applied to previously purchased machines.

Important Coverage Details

• Covers manufacturer defects only

• Shipping costs to and from the repair facility are NOT included and are the customer’s responsibility

• Does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, water scale buildup, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

• Valid exclusively for the Didiesse Frog ESE Espresso Pod Machine

• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser

Coverage Period

This extended warranty provides one (1) additional year of coverage and begins only after the original manufacturer’s 30-day warranty has expired. It does not replace or overlap the manufacturer’s warranty.

Repair or Replacement

If a covered defect is confirmed:

• The machine will be repaired or replaced with a unit of equal or similar value

• Replacement units may be new or refurbished

• The warranty period does not reset or extend if a replacement is issued
