Authentic Pick Salami imported from Hungary. This company has been around since 1869. This product does keep aging, and when cut into, you will see an ageing ring that is a darker color. The pick will sometimes have a greenish color on the outside skin that is normal from the refrigeration humidity.  
Do not buy this salami if you are not familiar with a real old-world salami.

Hungarian Pick salami.

I grew up on Hungarian Pick salami and l am glad it has not changed over the years. Others sell a "like" Pick salami, but it is not the same. The casing, coverd in mold gives it the unique flavor. Best salami in the pored and Piccolo's has it at a fair price.

I could not be happier with my purchase, l just bought 2 more.
