Crodino: non-alcoholic bitter aperitif, 10 x 100 ml

The crodino is great, but I already knew that.
My problem was that when I made the order (I bought 3 things together (1 of which was the crodino)) only 2 things were shipped. The crodino didn't. Nobody told me why. Then, a few days later, it said "ready to be shipped" but I could see that there was no tracking nr generated and no info on the usps site. I still waited. Days went by and nothing. So I decided to call the store and I was told I had to speak to someone else (as the person on the phone didn't know) but that the someone else wasn't available until maybe the afternoon. So I called in the PM again. After they still didn't have a clue why it wasn't shipped and putting me on hold for a while, I was told that the reason it wasn't shipped yet was that the temperature outside were low and they don't ship glass bottles while temperature are low because they could break (temperatures are always low in the winter dah! So why selling it?)
I understand everything but it should be advertised:
"product can be sold and shipped only during certain temperatures" or, at least, send the customer an email explaing why the product was not shipped yet.

Fast and good service

When Chinotto was sold out for months, I tried Crodino on recommendation from my daughter who lives in Italy. I realy love it and it's also good for my digestion :-)

My dear Italian friend told me how much she missed going to Italy and enjoying Crodino. I found out that Piccolo's sells it in USA.
