A slow and progressive dough rising process, that takes 36 hours, ensures quality and fragrance to our bakery products, fully respecting the traditions of “Madonie” cakes.

This is my favorite panettone. This year however I could not find it in CA where I live. When I did a search Piccolo Gastronomia came up and I ordered 2 of them. Although I had to pay shipping which added to the cost I’m happy I received my order prontissimo and in great shape! Thank you for your service and commitment to quality!
