Cannot get more authentic then this

I used to work in Italy (both Rome and Naples area) and remember this same candy on Capri, when I visited there. It is delicious and not too tart, and not too sweet. Just like the great lemon candy and the many variations of Lemoncella I had on Capri (the best lemons in the world grow in that region)
