So yummy

My family relocated to the south this past year. We can't seem to find good marinated eggplant ( or any at all, to be honest) anywhere! It's extremely necessary we have it for our sandwiches, salads & most importantly, Christmas antipasto. This is the best we have ever tried. Has a very slight hint of heat to it. I ordered last minute and piccolo's was still able to get our order shipped out before Christmas and everything arrived perfectly intact and safe! We're ordering again next week!
