Bought this while on a mission to pickup GF cannoli shells. My wife is a "raging" celiac (her words not mine), so finding any market that has a large selection of GF food is a blessing for us. I made this today and it is way superior to any lasagna noodle that we have tried before. These noodles are wide and firm and very tasty. I am looking forward to my next shopping trip to Ridgefield. These will be very high on our shopping list!

This is my favorite pasta brand. My niece got me hooked on Mother's day when she made me a GF lasagna. I couldn't believe how much it tasted like regular gluten pasta. SO GOOD! I've tried several different styles and I'm now a customer for life. My experience with Piccolo's was also 5 stars, quick delivery and so well packaged.

Incredible high quality and taste! You cannot even notice that is gluten free! Highly recommended.
