Delicate, robust & adaptable!

The squid ink pasta turned out with the perfect aldente bite when cooked to package specifications. We served this pasta with seafood tossed in a white wine cream sauce and this pasta was the perfect marriage. While I would be hesitant to use it with a red sauce, it is absolute perfection with any light creamy sauce and would work with just about any seafood, mushrooms or vegetables. Wholeheartedly recommended!
