Lupini beans are large, flat, round, yellowish seeds in the legume family. Lupini beans have a thick, tough skin. They are most commonly found cooked and preserved in a briny solution. The thick skin makes the beans fun to eat as the salty meat of the lupini can be "popped" out by squeezing the skin.
What are the ingredients of the LaFede Lupini beans? Does it contain Benzoate of Soda?
I have been looking everywhere for the ingredients. What are the ingredients of the LaFede Lupini beans? Does it contain Benzoate of Soda?
Please someone answers. Thank you.

More salty this time.
This is the third time that I have ordered several jars of the lupini beans. This batch is much saltier than the rest. I prefer less salt and am disappointed. Strange that this batch is not the same as the other two.

Great Product
Beans all solid and large. Not too salty and crisp tasting as I would expect Lupini Beans to taste.

Musty flavor
The flavor of this brand is not good...it has a moldy, musty taste...as if these were bottled in a moldy, musty basement. I will have to rinse these thoroughly and marinate these in lots of garlicky salad dressing. Hopefully it will get rid of the moldy taste. I think I will stick to the Cento brand.
