Midnight Moon, 1 lb slice

Midnight Moon®: Aged six months or more, Midnight Moon is a blushing, ivory-colored cheese that’s nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish. As the cheese ages, protein crystals form and lend a slight crunch to the otherwise dense and smooth cheese.
  • Made From Pasteurized Goat's Milk
  • Size: Approx. 1 lb wedge
  • Region: California
  • Type: Hard
  • Colour: Ivory
  • Family: Gouda
  • Producer: Cypress Grove Cheese
Cheese Care: To optimize cheese quality, keep cheese cold (33°–35°F). To maintain original condition after cutting keep cheese wrapped tightly in plastic wrap to prevent drying. Remove your cheese from the refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
This item is to be shipped via next-day air in the summer months and 2-day air in the winter months. If next-day air or 2-day air is not selected, we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive fresh.
