Orzo Bimbo from a selection of Italian barley 100%
Preparation: Bimbo orzo ground is prepared as a traditional coffee: the moka filling filter press half without. At Infusion: Add two tablespoons of barley to ½ liter of boiling water and then strain. In orziera: Add one tablespoon of barley filter for each cup.
Excellent substitute for coffee. Brews in a mocha or electric espresso machine. Great taste.
