Disappointed

I was looking forward to this purchase but so disappointed in this product. I read reviews and several people commented on how moist the panettone was but the one I received was so dry.It was so dark like it was over baked almost burnt. It had hardly any fruit in it. It had some flavor but so dry. Too expensive for a terrible product.

Non-gluten free family members tried and preferred this more than the 'standard' panettone! No one could tell it was gluten-free (and I didn't even tell some of them). It was moist not dry, and tasty not bland. Delicious and highly recommended.
