Monovarietal olive oil, obtained only from "Nocellara del Belice" olives, from the Province of Trapani, Sicily.
The Nocellara del Belice olive gives the oil a very rich aromatic profile, with hints of artichoke and almond and a peppery finish
Filtered extra virgin olive oil, produced only in October.
Very low acidity (usually around 0.3%)
Very versatile oil, which can be used as a condiment, dipping and even for cooking.
