Our cocoa sweet corns are born from the encounter between the skilled pastry art of a Venetian craftsman and the will of our company to develop an innovative production process. The Polenta with Cocoa are a simple wholemeal corn shortbread biscuit enriched by the delicious note of cocoa.
The raw material is carefully chosen in geographical areas characterized by a peculiar biodiversity: farmed eggs on the ground, natural sugar, butter made from the milk of South Tyrolean mountain farms, Sicilian lemon juice and Bourgon vanilla berries from Madagascar, high quality cocoa.
