"I TIPICI" with Chili Peppers
Soft cheese with creamy flesh, small holes, and medium ripening. Made from cow’s and sheep’s milk 100% Italian. It is a tradition of the Marche region to flavour cheeses in different ways. This caciotta in the past was exclusively prepared in the winter period with sweet chilli peppers and it is tied with the custom of the agricultural norcineria (the art of preparing cured meat)

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, chili peppers (min. 0,4%), salt, rennet, selected enzymes. Free from preservatives, it has an edible crust.
