I received the product as described and in perfect condition. Some purchasers, really don’t understand Italian Culture, nor it’s foods.

These meats are CURED, at room temperature for months! Meaning salted & dried. When the protective casings are cut into, then the meat should be refrigerated.

You run no risk of danger as 1 purchaser claimed. The product is not like egg or milk which are perishable.

You’ll be fine folks!!!
Be very skeptical of Claims by the family COOK 😇👍
